Privacy policy
Effective from: June 2026
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Konsultant Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, ul. Mianowskiego 3/6, 02-044 Warszawa, Poland ("we"). We look after your data with the same care we have applied to our clients' finances since 1992.
Contact regarding your data
For any matter concerning personal data you can reach us by e-mail at office@konsultant.waw.pl, by phone at +48 22 823 15 01, or by post at our registered address.
What data we process
- Contact form data: full name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, type of business and the content of your message.
- Technical data: IP address (used to protect the form against abuse) and — only with your consent — statistical data collected by Google Analytics (information about how the site is used).
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protection against spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website usage statistics — only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
Recipients of data
Your data may be processed by providers supporting the website: our hosting and e-mail provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (bot protection of the form — Turnstile) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics — only with consent). We do not sell data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Retention period
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if cooperation follows, for its duration and any statutory period. Correspondence that does not lead to cooperation is deleted after 12 months at the latest. Google Analytics statistics are retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode v2 — analytics cookies are stored only after you give consent in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser — the banner will appear again. Essential technical mechanisms (e.g. remembering your cookie decision) operate on the basis of our legitimate interest and are not used for tracking.
Transfers outside the EEA
Because we use Google and Cloudflare services, data may be transferred to the United States. Both providers participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection in line with the European Commission's adequacy decision.
Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not apply profiling that produces legal effects.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example when the tools we use change. The current version is always available at this address.
